    I have been coming in for nearly 20 years. I come through less frequently as I've moved farther away. Recently placed an order and was unaware of their move. Upon locating them down the road I ordered another pizza and offered to pay for my prior mistake and the owner insisted that I didn't worry about. I can't say I was surprised by his response from their phenomenal customer service over the years.

    Called in for LG Pizza, woman said 15 minutes. I arrived in 15 minutes and paid. A person came in right after and ordered a lG cheese to go. At 31 minutes that person paid and left with a LG pizza. The girl who took my order wouldn't acknowledge me and finally spoke with the owner. He then said to me "your pizza will be up in a couple minutes". At 37 minutes I got to leave with my pizza after the owner handed me a pizza and said "here you go" to which I replied " gee thanks" and that finally got me a very soft "sorry". How about you take names when people order! How about realizing someone is waiting for a long time. And how about addressing the situation like you actually care that you made a mistake. All the owner had to do was sincerely apologize. I would have hoped the girl would have apologized as well, but apparently no one cares at that establishment.

    Great place ! I'm hooked you can taste the difference . Its good to see they enjoy what they do makes the food taste better !
